I set them up in a remote camp site for lighting at night under a canopy. I like the on off switch and the daylight/night detection. They worked flawlessly and the light was not to intense as to interfere with star gazing. I would definitely recommend these for this use.

I bought three strings of these lights...two originally, and I liked them well enough to order the third string. Do not try to see the action in any kind of light, but in the dark, you can set the strings to flashing, steady or off. I put the lights on my hedges, and was very happy with the dressing effect. The lights were easy to install, and I am the kind of guy who likes easy.

I ordered 2 sets for use when camping. I attached them to my RV awning, set in auto mode and they work great. They provide just enougn lighting at the campsite without being too intrusive on surronding camp sites. The lites operate for about 8 hours on a full charge. I would recommend these for any RVer who wants lighting for their campsite without the need to run a generator.

These lights were not what I expected but they look good and do light up a portion of our flowers. The best part, they don't require any electrical hook-up and can be put any where the sun shines.

Bought a set of these for my houseboat. Work well, but the screws on the solar collection unit are already rusting (freshwater). I would expect something designed for outdoor use to have the appropriate hardware for exposure to the elements, especially at this price.

This string is about 10 feet long. I bought 2 and ran them down each side of my metal car cover. Works great. I followed the instructions to let them charge for three days before turning them on. I just use the constant setting but there is also a blinking feature.
