For the money it is ok, however don't have great expectations about the amount of light... it is just enough to barely see in a shed. It is better than nothing if no electricity is available.

Just reveived 3 Shed lights "on Sale". Worth the Price. When we go out at night, we have to leave the porch light on to unlock the Garage and house. With the Shed Light, I can mount the solar panel on the roof and hit the switch near the door and have sufficient light to get in the house before the boogie man gets me and my wife without having to fumble in the dark.

Only issue was opening the light fixture to check it, took patience and careful handling.

Light is compact and quality is great. After this first test ,buying from Northern, I am definitely going to but more items. Thanks for lighting up the night.

I would recommend this to anybody. I recently built a 12 by 20 storage shed to put my lawn tractors and garden tools in. When I finished I realized I had no way to run electricity to the building. So I ordered the solar light and it works super. Any time of the night if I have to go to the shed for something, just flip the switch and I have light. Best investment ever.

The light does everything promised and does it well. My only complaint is the light is not very bright, which is probably what I should have expected from a solar light. This is a good product and i'd buy another one.

Installation of this product was very easy and it work right out of the box (after charging the battery). But it does not give off a lot of light so it can only be used to provide general illumination. I use it in my small barn at night and have enough light to see where everything is but cannot do any detailed work. It is better than stumbling in the dark, trying to fine the right container to get food for our alpacas.

I needed a light in my shed which does not have 110 volt power. This light provides enough light to see what I am looking for without needing to bring other light. It was easy to install and has work now for about six months endlessly. I recommend this light for those shed owners with out electricity. It is not strong enough to perform detailed work.

I live on the gulf coast I purchased the light a few weeks prior to hurricane Ike. I installed it in my tool shed and removed it for use during the hurricane. The light was wonderful and kept charge for approximately 5 days prior to needing a recharge. I plan on purchasing the outdoor solar security light because,hurricanes usually cause power outages and I will still have the comfort of security in times of power outages.

Got the solar light as a gift for my barn and it's better than having electricity and the fear of shorting out and causing fire. The only thing that I don't like was that the battery did not last over 15 minutes in 20 degree weather. But I will reccomend it to friend

Works great, but......Do not expect it to work when the weather gets very cold outside. The leds will not work below 20 or so degrees F.

Not bad at all. I have a 10' x 12' Shed and the light does the trick. If your shed is very clutterd than you might need two. I can find whatever I need. You get what you pay for and I am HAPPY with this!

The solar shed light eliminates the need for a power line or battery powered light for my storage shed. It's always ready when I need it, so that's one less thing about which I have to worry. It's well worth the price.

I ordered this product on a whim as we were looking for something to light our shed without having to run electricity. This light charges itself. It provide a good amount of light in our 8X10 shed. It was easy to install and only took about 20 minutes. Good product at a reasonable price.

Purchased light to go in a shed that is too far from the house for power. Disappointed in brightness. You can see how to get back to the door but forget being able to see well enough to find anything. About as bright as a night light. Buy a flashlight instead.

i like the idea of using solar powered lights on my garden shed and so I purchased two of these lights. In reality the lights workwd for six months and not on a regular basis. I must admit that I am very disappointed in the life of the lights.

I have it installed for over a week and it work OK, don't know how long they last but for 10 -15 min. every night they are perfect.

The right tool for the job I needed done. The angle required for mounting the solar panel required it to be very flexible. The LED's are bright.

Great product for a shed or cabin with no available power. Lights up the whole area. I do wish the battery would hold a charge longer. Mine only stays lit for a little over an hour, even if its been in direct sun all day. But I guess for its size it does a great job.

Light is enough to avoid bumping your head in a shed. Utility light only, not for reading. No complaints.

I purchased the Solar light for a 10' X 12' shed that we use for storage and part of it is used for a dog house. We keep the dogs food in the shed and as you can imagine feeding the dogs in the early mornings can be very dark. The light was easy to install and provides excellent light in th shed to get the job done. My kids appreciate as much as I do!
The price was better then I could find locally and I think the quality of the light was better!

i bought this product expecting a 8 watt florescent light. as described it came with a multi LED , it flashes on and off after a few min and has a really annoying raw blue light not a soft ambient light at all. its much smaller than it looks and is a cheaply made product, i have purchased much better products than this light. then after i bought it it went on sale for $10 less. I would have felt better about it had i not paid the extra. and from the add it really should have came with a florescent light. i do like the 6 volt panel that came with it. i'll probably hook it to something else

I bought this for my dad to use as a light outside his shed. The listing said nothing about it being kept from direct weather. Doesn't look like the best construction either.

The Solar Shed Light has been very useful in the backyard under the open porch roof. It illuminates an area over the hot tub and keeps a portion of the backyard lit though the entire evening. It's easy to install and economical to use.

This is a great solar light for small spaces. Don't expect it to illuminate an entire garage, but for a small shed it is perfect. Works best when it is pitch black outside and provides a light glow that can allow you to search in your shed. I have used this light in low temperatures (10F) and it has worked well. Just make sure you point the solar panel due South.

Solar shed light was extremly easy to install. I used this in my Tack room down at the Ranch cause I don't have electricity in the Tack shed... I have tried battery operated lights and they would always run out at the wrong time.. The solar shed light works really good and knowing it will give me light when I need it is awesome !!!

I installed this light in my shed and found that it works really great if it is pitch black outside, but if the sun is not down all the way it doesn't seem to help very much. I purchased two of them and plan on installing the other one in that same shed for double the light!! I would deffinately recommend this product to someone who needs a little light somewhere where there is no electricity!!!

This shed light is just perfect for light in a small shed or barn.
It is so easy to install and works great. My daughter can now see what she is doing while she feeds the farm animals at night.
