It works with your existing garage door opening system and can be set to close your garage in increments from 3-60 minutes. Includes manual override for when you want the door open and a light sensor that automatically closes the door at dusk. Includes double-sided mounting tape for easy installation.

Excellent product. My wife was always asking if we closed the garage door 2 minutes after left home. Now..... Who cares! The Butler does is for us if we forget. Difficulty for installation came in aligning up the sensor to the garage door.
