The product is convenient and replaced small 4 receptical outlet strip that kept tripping. The 4 foot design allows better usage for multiple tool use in my shop. (drill press, router, saws etc) It was easy to install and works super well. Should have invested in one a long time ago.

I bought three of these; two for the garage and one for the basement shop. On sale the price was good. These look great, work very well, have plenty of outlets, and the cord is long enough to place them around where you need them. The plastic brackets that come for mounting the strips could be better if made from metal, but I did not have problem with them breaking like other reviewers. They are plenty strong when installed

I never seemed to have enough outlets, especially for all of the chargers for today's cordless tools. I mounted this cool outlet strip vertically on the face of my shelves and it provides me with plenty of space for chargers and other tools. It looks right at home in my garage and the diamond plate is a nice touch.

After much research, Kotula's had the best price on the internet for these Heavy Duty power strips. After using two of these, I will now outfit the rest of my shop and my garage with these. They are heavy duty, well built, and allow great flexibility with both tools and chargers with transformers and regular cords simultaneously.

I have installed this in my work shop. The mounting brackets hold it securely and are much easier to use than trying to line up back-plate mounting holes. The number of outlets and rugged design were the big selling points for me. I can now keep all of my rechargers, bench-top grinder, drill-bit sharpener, lights, radio, and drill press all conveniently and safely plugged into one place. As long as you don't try to run everything at once, you shouldn't exceed the 15A resettable breaker that is integrated into the power strip.

The powerstrip itself is superb;robustly made & looks great on my garage workbench. It easily handles my powertool requirements. No cord will ever come loose. The mounting brackets are plastic. Both broke at their 90 degree inner angles during the mounting process conducted in colder weather. [...] I recommend extreme care taken during the mounting process. Try warming the brackets with a hot air gun prior to installation (to minimize brittleness) or fabricating you own metal brackets. I will buy another.

I first purchased two of these strips because I was worried about the quality for less than $20. I received them and installed them in my Woodworking Cave and my Welding Cave and they Work GREAT! I ordered three more to finish out my electrical needs. Basically I got (5) strips with 10 outlets each for the price of (2) 8 outlet strips at our big box hardware store. Excellent Product!

This product is nice. Other brands cost as much as $100. This unit is sturdy enough for the garage where I have mine. The plugs fit snugly into the outlets so you don't have to worry about them pulling out unintentionally. Also there's plenty of room for the large transformer plugs without taking up 2 outlets. This comes with cheap, flimsy plastic mounting brackets that broke when I installed mine. I made my own metal brackets, and it works great!
