Overall, this is a well-made little device. The worst part of the cooking experience with this thing is getting rid of the accumulated grease in between each batch of sliders. Keep a glass/ceramic bowl handy for this purpose. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is due to the fact that the plastic "scoop" for measuring the ground meat is very cheaply made and broke during the first use.
