This fryer is great... We packed it up and took it to the campground with us for the 4th of July... We fried 20-30lbs of fish...It is worth every penny and so much better than using a turkey fryer. We even fried some mushrooms! Having 3 baskets made it so simple. We brought it home after the holiday weekend and clean up was a breeze... This is a must have for fish fry parties!!!!
