It has the power and size to deliver 28in. of mercury vacuum strength, preserving foods 5–6 times longer than traditional methods. This commercial-grade sealer features an extra-long 15in.W nonstick bar for sealing bags up to 15in.W, along with a double piston vacuum pump and simple one-touch operation that lets the onboard computer determine how much pressure is needed to seal foods in place.
